Battle of Poets
The internet is very good at turning people into audiences.
Loudmouth is building a room.
One where writers don't simply read each other's words but respond to them, challenge them, turn them inside out and discover something neither could have written alone.
Where disagreement becomes an invitation rather than a division. Where we take creative risks, make room for each other's voices and cheer embarrassingly loudly when someone writes a line we wish we'd thought of ourselves.
Battle of Poets is another door into that room.
Two poets enter from opposite sides of an idea. They question, contradict, surrender and surprise one another until something neither could have anticipated begins to take shape.
One poem. Two voices. Countless ways to read between them.
Welcome to the arena.
The poets have spoken.
You get to decide what stays with you.
